Fulham play to win, we play to not lose, massive difference.

They look good this year, could have gotten away with much more vs City as well.

But you see Nuno another dull manager as well developing Forest to a good counter attacking side, that is good in defense, as he did at Wolves.

Yeah we may have , but they are our best results because most weeks our results are crap.

Just because we snuck a draw at city away, or beat the rs last season by nicking a goal and hoping the better side doesn’t have their shooting boots on … does not mean you set up like that every week .
I think there's two schools of thought at play in this thread:

School 1/ Be safe; stay up; football style and going for the win more often is secondary.

School 2/ Play more adventurously; we have the players to do that; survival will occur because 'fortune favour's the brave' etc

I'm firmly in the former school of thought. Yes, I want to see us knocking it about to feet more often and getting more wins, but we dont have the players yet to make that a no brainer in terms of adopting it as a style of play. And if we take the stabilisers off and go for more momentum and it goes sideways then we've gambled the whole club away.

how do you know we don’t have the players when dunce dyche can’t try?

he doesn’t know HOW

Lol, the irony. How many times have you criticised your fellow blues as saboteurs or vandals. You've literally been doing it this morning. You long ago descended into parody on here.
Not many times and only if deserved.

No one owns commentary on Everton's fate. People who go every week dont have more clout than people who dont, or dont go at all.

I've been to more games than I care to tell over the years but I dont place myself up on a pedestal above people who support from afar and have never been to Goodison or any other ground we've played on.

It's just arrogance and bad manners to believe in all that hierarchical tripe.

I look at Fulham's manager with envy. That is how far we have fallen. And yet I was glad when we sacked him. Strange game.

And herein lies the crux of the matter. Expectations were higher then. Nobody I know is happy about having the 'safety first' mindset, but they do, because we've literally been in turmoil for years now. It puts a strain on people. It's been horrific at times; sleepless nights for myself and many others I'm sure

Clubs in turmoil don't normally survive - we've seen it at many a big club. Somehow, we've survived thus far, and I suspect many are just hoping for a comfortable ride, with some actual stability, as opposed to hoping we can survive by our fingertips again and finish 17th.

They're literally on the pitch in the form of Ndiaye and McNeil...he's even given that lightweight Lindstrom a game.

3 players save? isn’t it about a TEAM game?

his plan is to just sit off we don’t even have the speed to counter due to his plan

and when the team scores against us

we’re lost

dyche out asap he’s out of his depth

TFG will bin him soon enough
