TBH mate, I was so focused on the Everton game and busy with other stuff, I didn't realise the Gers were playing until later last night, some result again. They obviously what they had to do and did it well as I know it's an intimidating cauldron.
Who knows where this journey will now go Hammers or otherwise, enjoy it for as long as it lasts.
Cheers for that mate.

Finish and result in the Everton game was superb!

Our performances in europe over the last few years have been outstanding and tbh unexpected, getting through to the Quarter finals of the Europa league for any Scottish team is a great achievement, but considering what we've been through over the last 10 years it's even more commendable to have made it this far.

Watched last 20 mins of West Ham game last night and seeing the significance of getting to the same stage was for their team and supporters sort of emphasised the importance and how impressive it is to have reached this stage. (though you wouldn't know it with the usual negative spin from the Scottish media, they are truly pathetic up here!! ?)

As you say, who knows what'll happen next and although I would like to get West Ham or Barca just for the spectacle and prestige of ties like that in Europe but we would be (quite rightly) massive underdogs to get through if we drew either of them.

But as we've proved before... "you never know"?

Last time Celtic won a knockout tie in Europe I was still at school. Im 31 now .... just saying :)

Been on its Arse for a while thanks to Rangers going bang.

Whether you like each other or not, having two sides competing in Europe can only be good for Scottish football.

Whilst Celtic were obviously knocked out of 3 competitions they still made the knockouts and that’s good. All about progress and making sure Scotland keep that CL spot and continue to grow and get more money into the game up north.

As a rangers fan you must be delighted for Braga? No mean feat that, and if you go, Braga is a great place for a footie game!

Too right we do mate.

yeh delighted I went the last time we played them in 2019, we stayed in Porto and went to Braga for the day for the game. Was probably more impressed with braga than I was Porto.

Ah of course you played them.

Good team, they’ll be right up for it, and they’ve got nothing to lose, that’s your big concern.

All the pressure now heads to you guys for the first time in these knockouts, but what a trip, and I can honestly say hope you do it, go far because as long as you’re British (and not Liverpool or West Ham Newcastle etc) then why not go all the way.

Great trip, mid April dirt cheap pints, I’m honestly jealous.

Are people actually expecting Sevco to lift that trophy when there's West Ham, Barcelona and Leipzig in there?
Dave .
I hate them ,
But they've done well this year.
Can't take that away from them.
They've a decent draw ,and two reasonable wins could put them in the final.
As an aside, remember when leeds should've hammered them, different times,I know.

The added bonus to all this is seeing Div (the Orange man) turning green with envy!!
jealousy is a terrible thing!! ?
