Yeah Mikey, my son and I both signed the petition against the new strip. It's not even the design, as we had been told it would be an Ajax style shirt, it's the fact that it's a stock Nike top which can be bought for under £10 from their website with plastic badge and sponsor stuck on. It looks like a strip an amateur club would wear and is simply not worth £40.
Obviously we would rather have our traditional blue and white hoops, but every now and then it's refreshing to have a wee change, our blue tartan top being a prefect example. This one just seems like the cheapest option for the club.

I wonder what he will blame when Raith sack him? will that nutjoab Billy Brown be his assistant? has he signed Dale Carrick or Jamie Hamill yet? expect to hear such cliches as "the players have to work harder" "We can't keep giving goals away and expect to win games." and the classic "we've got to rally round and dig in"


Dunfermilne V Raith should be the hardest working derby in world football.
