Don't think that's true at all by the way. The majority have turned against him for a while now.

Were you at the Villa game last season mate ? A very large number openly applauded him.

And just as an example of the Moyes thing, a lot of the Everton supporters i know personally were saying Moyes out in November/December of last season when we were near the bottom of the table and playing absolutely dire football on a consistent basis. Those same people did not have the same opinion by the end of last season.

Yes he still has his backers as evidenced at that game but I doubt if it amounts to the majority of the support.

Moyes has always had his detractors and there has always been kneejerking after one result - something I've always resisted doing. But the significance of yesterday's game -not just for this season but for his whole tenure at the club - makes it different.

If we get beat on Saturday there will be a lot of unrest in the fans and it could turn ugly.

That's what happens when we have big expectations.

I've had the opinion that he should leave since around December time and still haven't changed my mind. Got absolutely slated on twitter on Jan 1st for saying he should leave, three months later and those same people are now agreeing with me.

Opinions change quickly in football

This.

I doubt I will care if we win 10-0.

Same here. Weary of all the patronising "punching above our weight", "limited resources", etc, etc. Just want to take a hiatus from Everton until we become consistently competitive again aka find wealthy ownership (the only way).
