He's doing and then saying all the wrong things. His press conferences seemed a breath of fresh air. Put it's when the chips are down you see someone's character. We can all act enlightened, charming philosophical when things are going well.
He’s a self serving egotist, complete chancer and a bullshitter of the highest order. From the word go he was trying to take credit for the West Ham result. He sounded bad from the start and he’s only getting worse.

Plane banner is made to capture media attention mate. Way too subtle.

Banner in the stadium is far more eye catching. Big banner that can’t escape anyone’s sight.

I’m willing to contribute as well.

I know we need a manager and I think mosh knows. What doesn't seem to be known after 4 managers is Walsh. I'd love us to concentrate on banners on him pacifically.

lol lol lol He clearly can’t otherwise the whopper wouldn’t be throwing the players under the bus and refusing to take any blame for his inept team selection and total failure to prepare properly!
Plus if what I’ve benn told is correct he’s already made it clear to the players which games he’s targeting wins from and which ones he’s writing off. He’s a disgrace; embarrassed that Moshiri appointed him.

He's a half-wit. If he picks our next manager in the summer we'll be dead in the water next season.

He needs to step away.

My head is so batterd as to how we are SO bad but were top half.. it dosent make any sense to me

Nearly every team i watch have more about them than us but where top half, the mind boggles

Is this real life or is it a fanta sea?

Tuchel, Fonseca, Garcia, Jardim, Favre, Di Francesco, Herrlich, Tedesco, Silva

It would be ignorant of me to dismiss these names (other than Silva) as I don't pay attention to clubs abroad to be honest. So who do you think are the standout candidates there and what makes you think they would do well at Everton? Taking in to account what they'd walk in to over the Summer if Allardyce was let go?

The 3 i've heard mentioned a lot are Tuchel, Fonseca and less so Favre.

Just had a look at Favre. His time at Hertha Berlin was mixed as he ended up getting sacked late September in his 2nd season there and they were relegated as bottom of the league so that would be a concern. Sounds like he turned Monchengladbach's fortunes around for a period so that's impressive but from reading the Wikipedia write up of his time there, they got knocked out in the CL qualifiers and then struggled with European Football where they fell to 8th. 8th in the German League is worse than 8th in the PL. I noticed he hasn't won a major trophy in a significant league.

Tuchel's record looks mostly impressive but he was in charge of arguably the 2nd biggest club in Germany with Dortmund. Did win a Trophy there but had the likes of Aubemeyang at his disposal. Seems like he did well at Mainz though with far more restricted resources and guided them to 5th so i'd say he looks a credible candidate but it's whether he'd want to come.

Fonseca i've got doubts about as he hasn't managed in a top League. The Portuguese and Ukranian League are not comparable to the Premier League and it looks like he failed in his opportunity at managing a big club in Porto.

Tuchel looks the standout there but you will be able to give a far better opinion i'm sure as i'm just reading about them.

The manager is responsible for team selection.
The manager is responsible for tactical set up.
The manager is responsible for team motivation.
The manager is responsible for upholding the club's dignity in defeat.
The manager is responsible for ... well, you get idea.

The fact is, our current manager has failed on all counts to "manage" our team.
The only thing more embarrassing than a heavy, pathetic defeat is a heavy, pathetic manager trying to explain the heavy pathetic defeat.

I'm willing to throw in £100 to get a plane above Goodison demanding Allardyce, Walsh, Sammy Lee, Shakespeare get the boot asap.

I don't know what it would cost, but surely it shouldn't cost more than a few grand to hire a plane with a pilot for an hour, attach a big massive bloody banner and fly it over Goodison. Right?

Waste of money. They aren't getting sacked this season.

Accept that he's here until May at least. Then he should be out of the door.

Considering he's not taking responsibility now that West Ham thing is definitely much worse. I was willing to brush it off as him trying to build on a winning momentum. But he's just a tit.

Makes you wonder who, if any, are his advisers in all matters football. It would be so much better if he would just quietly retreat into his accountancy realm and hire a respected football expert, (if such a person exists), especially for such important decisions as building a management team (a football savvy CEO?).

Of course, then we would probably all argue about this person, but at least such a one could be fired if he failed. Moshiri has failed now on two counts of manager appointment, can we really trust him with the next?
