Doesn't matter if we sack him or not imo. This club is rotten to its core. Far bigger problems than the manager.

This all day. How many managers have we gone through over the last decade all to just still decline? It's a shambles from the top down. Anyone crazy enough to take this job if lampard goes is also set up for failure

I like Lampard, I think he’s a really nice fella. I think he’s got some attributes which make me think he can become a decent manager, at some stage.

But this job, it’s too big for him. It’s the fan pressure, the lack of effort from the players - which has plagued every manager since Martinez - the tactical naiveness.

Just do the right thing and try to save ourselves. I hold no Ill will to him, I just don’t think hes good enough.

Look at the way we concede goals with 3 at the back.

Look at the way we’re so vulnerable to counter.

Look at the way we choose to attack, it’s always slow excessive passing and allowing opponent to set up defensive line easily, and this is the hardest way to score for any team, let alone a team lacking with quality like us. Our low shot count is the result of such approach.

Look at the way we press, it’s half arse and non existent.

these are all tactical choices, if we sign a few players with our limited budget , we will be facing the same problem with these tactics.
