Decent manager. Loved his Sassuolo side in italy. Was going well with shakhtar when it all kicked off there. Decent enough first season at Brighton. This season they lost so many key players like mitoma and sully march who make them tick. He probably was hyped up a bit but he's a decent manager who will end up in a good job.
