We do better going into these games as underdogs trying to find a bit of form. The Derby lends itself to a team trying to get out of gaol and find a 'turning point'.

The paradox is that the better we get in the next few weeks there's less chance we'll finally put this lot away.

This is our best chance to do the double over them since whenever we last did it.

So was last year though and we still didn't. Really hope Moyes has the balls to go for it against that lot for once but I can't see it.

I'm confident against whoever we are playing at the moment. If we got 9 points from the three games before the derby, then I'd be happy to draw against Liverpool.

Getting a result against the RS is always difficult. But in the Semi-Final we had no decent wingers and it really showed, and Moyes surrendered for some inexplicable reason during the last Anfield derby.

This time we will have Pienaar and Mirrallas on the wings, and hopefully a fit Gibson and Jelavic. Any team in the league will struggle to keep them lot at bay!
