I think an obligation was triggered for them to buy him. Obviously they decided before that point they wanted rid so just trying to get a few bob loan fee and his wages off the books to lessen the blow.
 

Can he play left back or is he purely a wingback? I can’t recall him for wolves. Just wondering if we are nailing ourselves to playing 5-3-2
 
Underwhelming would be an understatement. How we have fallen. Signing players from the likes of Burnley, watford and wolves is not likely to rocket us up the table.
Not sure a fullback wil make any difference. What we need is strengthening the core of the team.
