Love his football but he's such a cretin - made a show of himself and the club here. Basically telling the entire league he plays when he feels like it, and it depends on whether he likes the manager or not. A very damaging and toxic message for his career, so well done to his agent there.

Moyes who didn't trust him for ages, was undermining, and grudgingly put him in the side. Then into fantasy land with Martinez telling him he's the second coming of Iniesta so doesn't even need to train. Then back to reality with Koeman and some home truths - which appeared to be working great on the pitch (albeit taking the top end of his creativity away). But Ross doesn't like Ron's reality-based approach to his game so that's not working for him either.
That's his problem, though. Our problem is that you can't build a side around such mental fragility, so he should JFG already and we can all move on.
