What utter BS.

Barkley played his best football as part of an attacking unit. Lukaku-Mirallas-Barkley were as potent a front running three as we've seen at this club since we had Kanchelskis-Limpar-Stuart in the same line up.

Nice one Dave, what trophies did we win with this superb attacking unit, where did we finish in the league as well?

It's a hell of a lot easier to let attacking players look good when as a team your entirely set up to attack mate, don't see many of those teams win many things though really unless they are a country mile the best team in the league.

Peoples choic to neutrals favourite to watch, what a time it was to be alive :)

Don't make me bloody laugh David, the Belgian fanny is about as inconsistent as they come.
Will quickly get pushed to the outers as an impact sub/rotation with the players we've brought in.

Gives the likes of Davies, Dowell, Walsh and others to step up and take his spot.

We have a fruitful academy, Ross hasn't developed into that elite player we hoped for.

Some of you would find a way to stick up for Ronk even if he was sleeping with your wife.

Bloke has achieved nothing here except bog standard footy and a few signings from Ajax and Aston Villa (woohoo!) yet Big Ron can do no wrong.

You're getting like the RS - bigging up a manager who has won nowt with us.

Ross wants to leave because he is ambitious and you're all slating him for that?!

I wonder how many of the ones slating Barkley now are the same ones greeting Rooney with open arms

Not exactly open arms.. but I am one of those people that think Rooney will be a good signing.

Rooney was the best young player of his generation and in Europe at the time .. ross isn't and never has been.

Rooney left for the biggest and most dominant team in the league

Ross won't be

Rooney was still a boy

Ross isn't

Rooney left to play for the best manager of all time

Ross won't

Everton finished 17th and were going nowhere... when Rooney left

We are getting a stadium and obviously trying to push on now... but ross wants out

Literally every evertonian was heartbroken or angry and every single one of us without question wanted Rooney to stay..

That is not the same with Barkley..
not really the same situation as Rooney's IMO .

Oh look another "Davek lite" emerges. He's been here for one season and finally getting the chance to assemble "his" squad. Get a grip.
