He needs support around him and we hardly ever get it to him.

And also, most of the times he's the only one in the box. So he has to choose to go to the near or the far post. If you have (at least) two players in the box it's easy. Each player picks one post.

Aguero has scored 112 in 162 appearances for City, how dare Guardiola ask him to work harder. He's a goalscorer not a workhorse, plus he's only 5ft 8 and quute stocky so he's not built to run.
