Swear to god, if we started Iroegbhunam, Dixon, O’Brien blues would all be absolutely made up when we got thumped 3-0 still.
He’s a talented kid, shouldn’t be anywhere near a premier league 11 and it’s our recruitments fault yet again.
The ‘can’t be worse than young’ argument doesn’t fly. He could, and playing him in a struggling team could absolutely murder his development. Look at; Galloway, Branthwaite, Kenny, Davies.
Dixon is NOT a standout talent, this isn’t a Barkley or a Rooney. He’s a good prospect who absolutely should not have to deal with this situation.

Why are we playing Garner instead of him? Don't understand this obsession of Dyche's in playing people out of position all the time. Training is totally different from playing. For a start you quickly learn team mates strengths and weaknesses, another is some players are not great in training (lack of enthusiasm) and can perform much better when it matters.

Maybe buy do feel he would have been more suited for the rwb role when playing a 5 . Also if he started obrien from the start of the season the lad could have looked good and fitted into the team. 100% agree with you should not be in this position for both fb roles, just feel he should have left the lad in the team for the cup game after spurs atleast gave him a run of games. Could have even bought coleman on for a run out as a sub.
