The difference between Moyes an Martinez WRT the Sky-4 record..
I remember last year when Moyes was asked about his away record at these grounds, he basically shrugged and said "I don't know why our record is so bad, we approach these games the same way as we do any other.."
compared that to Martinez "If you want to bridge the gap and win at these grounds.. you have to be prepared to try something different.." (or words to that effect).
Martinez is amazing. I wouldn't swap him for any other manager in the League right now.

To be honest I was very sceptical as well at his appointment BUT am so glad we appointed him. Not only is he a tactical genius imo...but he has a great personality to go with it. I also think it is someone who will not struggle to bring in bigger name players over time and his positiveness rubs off onto the players as well. I am honestly struggling to find a weakness in our new manager...I mean even the media loves him from what I can see...and that is good for Everton...more publicity and all of a sudden more people over the globe are taking notice of Everton...once again a good thing for possible future signings maybe.

Agreed he's old hat for a club like ours. Martinez is going up in the world though isn't he? I reckon we may even out pass you Bri, call me foolish but I reckon we can do it.

Also they look comfortable doing it now, a few early games they looked dodgy but the last month or so they look good.
