I shout this myself most weekends although probably not in the same way as Bill.
Perhaps they're backing him until a replacement is lined up, as @The Esk hinted at.

Lets hope they have someone in mind to replace him at the end of the season as it maybe the board want him to finish the season then change at the start of the summer

Bob's philosophy doesn't allow the players to avoid having a bad game. Even when a player may be out of form or out of sorts, hard work and a good attitude can still make a positive difference on the teams performance. The low intensity philosophy Bobby employs only heightens players lack of confidence, never allowing them the chance to play themselves into form. I looked at Lamela for Spurs yersterday as a lad who barely looked like a footballer two years ago but he worked his socks off now and he's a player because of it, cause his manager demands it.

He didn't implement his style until second season really. 1st season was a mash of him and moyes but despite the fact that it worked he seemed to move away from it.

I doubt it, i think its more the club isn't ready or want to disrupt it before the semi - which is still a bit concerning as the players are seemingly done with Martinez.
If thats the case, i imagine it will be speedily accepted once the Semi is done and dusted should we get knocked out. Then Unsworth etc for the rest of the season.

No I mean why wait till Saturday when he should have left after the Arsenal game, or the WHU game but he is now a hero because he offered a resignation at least 6 weeks to late ?

I find it hard to believe that Martinez offered to resign and we turned it down.
If we have any intention of replacing Martinez in the short to medium term we should have accepted the offer - we would not have to make what would otherwise be a substantial payment if we decide to sever his contract.
In addition we would surely have a better chance of success in the cup with say Joe Royle in temporary charge even if we have not decided on a replacement.

The league position is an indication of our league position. How can it be an indication on it's own of whether it'll improve or not?
He implemented his style from the moment he got here. It was quite clear in his first preseason game how different we were playing.
