RM comes across as a really nice bloke, and there was a period when we looked a decent side. Unfortunately, our decline has been there for everyone to see, not just Evertonians. I am still pulling the splinters out of my a**e as I couldnt bring myself to vote out. There are people at the club who should have recognised the situation and could have done something about it sooner. I'm a nice bloke too, but if I didnt do my job properly achieving the goals set, I would be shown the door.
