It's a bet for Pellegrinis next job... therefore it would be classed under Evertons next manager no?

No, two completely different bets. For example, this evening, Jose is 1/6 that his next job will be at Man Utd but 1/4 that the next Man Utd manager will be Jose! Presumably, because there is a bigger market for the latter, with other viable candidates which lengthen his odds a little, i.e. becoming slightly less odds on.
