Adds huge amounts of pace and aggression to the team. Has huge amounts of potential but just needs to be a bit smarter, a tad less petulant and pick his battles a bit better. At the moment he appeals for absolutely everything and is in the officials face a bit too much.

The thing is he is an absolute baby in terms of top class forwards. Given his physicality it is hard to believe he is still only 23.

What we need to do is to nail him down for the best years of his career.
