Rice - what’s yer go-to?

Just scranned a big bowl o’ sticky rice with mango la, proper boss. Had me thinkin though — rice doesn’t get the love it deserves, does it? Solid graftin’ carb that, always turns up and does the job.

So come on lids, what’s yer rice of choice?

Basmati wi’ a bit o’ curry? Egg fried from a dodgy chippy after a night on the ale? That posh jasmine gear? Or are you one of them quinoa weirdos tryin’ to be edgy?

Risotto — boss grub or fancy slop? And don’t be comin in here tryin to sell us brown rice like it’s nice. It’s not. Behave.
