I was quite excited when I saw the fred title but whadya know.......he is merely "set" to sign and the deal has been "agreed" but not yet signed (why would they even say this....just give him a Bic Biro and then announce he has signed).

Is this the new way of saying he is "99% certain to sign" that we have been hearing about since before Christmas?
