Our whole winning run and the feel good factor went pop the minute Onana fluffed that penalty, on the face of it, it appears it just knocked the stuffing out of the whole club.... since that game 1 win in 10, 3 points from 18 in the Premier League with City up next. Following that the Palace is must win, with this form I have no idea where we are getting more than 2 wins in the next 8-10 games.....

Man City A
Crystal Palace H
Brighton A - Lightning will not strike twice
West Ham H
Man Utd A
Liverpool H
Bournemouth A
Newcastle A
Burnley H
Chelsea A

Looks like our whole season will be on 4 of the 5 last games of the season.....

Every game is winnable (apart from City away) but I'll be looking more at the away games to get the wins rather than banking on the home form)

No it's to conjecture based on either a)stats, b) our opinions of our team's abilities compared with other relegation contenders or c) nothing other than our general outlook on life lol
Honestly you could fabricate about 100 scenarios in which we get relegated and 100 more in which we don’t.

Saying “we need to do x y and z” with just under half a seasons football still to be played in bonkers.

I get it, it’s a discussion forum, but so much is being spoken about definitively in here as though we’ve got a week to pull ourselves away.

Our home fixtures are much more winnable than our away fixtures. Still got to go to City, Arsenal, United, Chelsea, Brighton and Newcastle. We’re very backloaded with kind home fixtures so I’d expect the home form to improve. The fixture schedule has been really weird this season, no idea why we’ve played Spurs and City twice in our last 10 games.

Good morning relegation

You mean to wake waking up on Sunday morning and the first thing you think of is, " I know what I`ll do, I`ll log onto GOT, head straight to the relegation thread and start doom posting, with all the other doom ferrets in there " ?

I’m sure you did this a few weeks back and predicted we’d lose our last 3 games.

Not enough graphs to back up some posters “facts”. If you are one of the negative Nelly’s on here, were you also posting the exact same gloom and uneducated opinions last season (and the season before!) for which you were completely wrong? If so, don’t expect to be taken seriously by any sentient humans on here but do expect to be ridiculed and rightly so.

On paper I'd agree that our home fixtures look we'll more winnable. But I look at our home form (and we've now got a whole year's worth of results to look at under Dyche) and we simply don't win enough home games when the onus is on us to attack.

Let's hope the home form does improve though as it'll be important when you look at the difficult away trips we have.
