Did ok against city we usually give them a bloody nose before they tear us a new one tonight was no different who didn't expect that
Wolves will be the real test they are on a roll

We need those points back. The PL is too competitive.

Yes, one or maybe two teams will be very poor and always likely relegation fodder. But to expect three hopeless clubs to be there to break our fall is ridiculously stupid.

Luton won't lose their ability to dig in and fight, not from what Ive seen. We need to start winning again and hope Brentford, Palace and Forest don't go on winning runs to get them in the mix. Wolves are flying and will really fancy it on Saturday.

3 wins from first 10 homes isn't great.

Going to need more than 3 wins from back nine to stay up and that should be possible.
seems as some say Luton have a good home record - (they dont) and have been unlucky losing, we can easily use that same thinking, as many of those home games we lost we should and could have won. I expect us to be ok, and never expected us to be in trouble this season (and we wouldnt have been bar we know what). We always if in trouble go on that winning run from Aprl, but would think we may be ok well by then - if not certain at that point etc, but a very unlucky defeat at Spurs and defeat v the worlds best does not have me worried - of course Luton winning 2 and other game going way wrong for us has many in a panic

League is undoubtedly weaker this year and we are undoubtedly a better outfit. I worried more last year with leeds and Leicester involved.

However…I’m a glass half empty guy and until we aren’t staring down the barrel we are right into this.

Being only one point off the drop zone means that any bad luck, any dreadful luck with injuries, a few bad performances / a few bad defeats will be hard to take. Considering we have played very well most of the season you tend to think we are due a drop off at some point…which we can’t afford.

Fixture list isn’t overly kind either. Got spurs and City again pretty soon.

9-1 with bookies though so they aren’t expecting us to be in the mix. I think it’ll be likely we get some points back and end up somewhere between 12th and 15th.

If we get a few points back it'll allow us to get a place better off in the table.

I really don't think we can handle injuries to our MF.

The way I see it is that we dont have any striker(s) who can get us a hatful of goals and up the table.

We have a system where Dyche has emphasised a lot of goals from midfielders, and if you have 2 of them unfit then we struggle to get goals.

This is where we are right now.
