I agree it seems they are focusing on the software. The only real notable changes are the 4" screen and addition of LTE. At least they have world LTE rather than the US/Canada only frequesncies they did with the iPad, leaving the rest of the world in the lurch.

I dunno, it just seems like a small evolution. For the company who revolutionised the smartphone market, I was hoping for something more.......

It will still sell shed-loads though.

Yep. Spot on. Staying with my 4S. I loved that Nokia lumia 800, but that's not getting windows phone 8 is it? And the new lumias are all f*ckng huge too.

The Lumia 920 does look nice (though I wouldnt get yellow). Finally they get some leeway on screen resolution, and actually smacked a res that does its superb quality screen justice!!!!

I just worry that it's a LITTLE bit to big for my taste.

While it's screen size is similar to the Galaxy Nexus, it doesn't use on screen buttons along the bottom and as a result the bezel is a lot larger on the Lumia. Could be a make or break for me as far as usability goes, being able to use the device comfortably with one hand is a must for me.

I can manage most functions on my S3 with one hand. But every hand is different, and there are deffo some 2 handed operations on the S3 (mainly games though)

AnywayZ I'm getting the new Lumia when it's released coz it's obviously boss.

Forgot to mention the new lumia.

Nokia need a big hit and it seems to be getting great buzz. Especially when a lot are throwing it into the ring with the one x, s3 and Iphone5 and saying it's a competitor

The Lumia 920 has the Snapdragon S4, a dualcore which does over all the quad-cores in the single threaded applications. It is a beast of a cpu, so the 920 will hold up well to all of the competitors.

I just put that statement through Google translate and I still have no idea what you just said ha ha

Quad core phones? Meh. Why? I get they are no longer JUST phones. Who else other than you or I would me interested in that though?

Lots of people though Bry.....although Apple market based on user experience rather than specs. Which was a fair point until the last round of Android. ICS levelled the playing field and JB has taken it one step further, so now the user experience is on par (and IMO, better) with Apple, now they can start doing some crazy things with all that extra silicon.
