I agree it seems they are focusing on the software. The only real notable changes are the 4" screen and addition of LTE. At least they have world LTE rather than the US/Canada only frequesncies they did with the iPad, leaving the rest of the world in the lurch.
I dunno, it just seems like a small evolution. For the company who revolutionised the smartphone market, I was hoping for something more.......

Yep. Spot on. Staying with my 4S. I loved that Nokia lumia 800, but that's not getting windows phone 8 is it? And the new lumias are all f*ckng huge too.
