It's true that Pickford didn't make a single save in the match but the fact that Palace scored means he had a save to make. I'm certainly not blaming Pickford for the goal, it was a cracking header but it was almost straight at Pickford who had his hands by his waist as the ball was headed so he wasn't ready for it at all. Absolutely inexcusable not being in a position to save a shot when a corner is being taken. It's like he was totally surprised that Palace tried to score.

It says a lot about how well the team played in front of him
