To some we seem bereft of a plan...
But reading this article shows what a plan can achieve.

Can Everton replicate this model given that we in theory have a massive head start in terms of progress in where we want to be.

Seems simple doesn't it??

Can't compare Bundesliga with the Prem to be honest, different animal altogether

Correct, but some achievement that, surely Everton achieving the same can't be harder given where we are starting from, and the resources at our disposal...

We have proved it is haha. In all seriousness, good planning and execution starts from the top and this is where we have been let down for so many years, we have become a resting place for over paid players who don't care.

You want everyone to hate us ?

yes we're all waiting for Brands to start buying more gamble signings in lower/lesser leagues but due to the squad being utter trash we can't afford these type of signings cause we need proven quality otherwise we might be in serious trouble.

Yes
Detest our upstarty nature and ultimate rise to success.
If they can do it, why can't we?
What is that club doing differently, against what we have in terms of History, Stadium plan, training facilities, existing playing staff and Carlo.
Surely we should be somewhere towards matching their achievement so far...

....it’s all about appointing the right DoF and Manager.

So we are on our way then
That Ralph fella started the process in 2012.. is it just a case of being patient...
Or does it needing ripping up and starting again?

Why?
This mentality has to change surely.
Leicester?
Liverpool?
Surely if no marks can succeed in this league we can too?
What is missing when we now have no more excuses.

Well the RBL model is to sign low cost/high potential players, coach them well, sell them for a profit then purchase higher cost/higher potential players.

It's not a rocket science model but we tried the first part (Lookman, Vlasic, Onyekuru), didn't give them much of a chance, binned them off, signed overpriced PL tosh.

Are we not still in the middle of this process, we had one of the youngest teams playing a few time steps year, Rich, DCL, Iwobi, Davies, Holgate, Pickworth, all young, potentially could be sold for more than paid with a good season under the belt...
These are all step up from the three you mention, which TBF all should have had more of a chance, though Onyekuru situation separate...
