Why can't we hire a manager who does this? It would suit Everton, and a majority of these players. This possession based side-to-side bore ball of Martinez, Koeman and now SIlva has got to go. Not only is it ineffective, its unbelievably boring and a leading reason why our team is so dire to watch at home. Which then leads to the crowd never getting into the match, and the home atmosphere becoming increasingly toxic.
