He wasn't a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, however I do feel that in the mainstay he was a steady, passionate and able defender.
It`s not saying much, but he was deffo the best of the available central defenders and a million miles better than both Keane and Williams.
interesting we punted him before the other 2, i assume this is simply because we had a decent offer for him and we need to shift players asap??
