I think the WP is the issue. The new process is far more rigorous,complex and will depend on the strength of the case put forward by the club

We don't know enough about some of the things that will be taken into account such as his wages and transfer fee for they are factored in ( which is important) but I very very much doubt he will have qualified automatically as he hasnt made enough international appearances
