it looks like we have, we can only go off the information provided to us so far, if it turns out we haven't then we haven't and the whole things unimportant anyway but so far newspapers / big tv channels over there have all said we have, so there has to be something in it

pretty sure we've only had one in recent history, and that was for banega.. (who ironically didn't fail to get a work permit, just didn't want to come here and we used that as an excuse)

i think the likes of the paper that has 1.5m followers is pretty reputable, and theres hundreds of tv channels / twitters / journos saying it too, so it might not seem solid to us but it must have something in it if they're ALL saying it

Because they don't usually, until it's almost done.

BBC only tend to report on things that are already basically done or english players, same with sky. Because Everton aren't that important to them.
