Nobody is not blaming the players but bar Coleman none of our squad have been here 5 years

Fans say this all the time - it's a complete nothing statement.

The players don't set us up badly from set-pieces or decide to play 4-4-2 even though it just got ripped to shreds by bloody Watford.
 
Let’s have this right lads, there’s no quick fix here. The manager is one of many, many problems at this club. The problems start with the man at the top, and they go right through every single facet of it, through every single player down to academy level. This manager will be gone soon, and if you’re expecting us to magically turn it around then I have some very distressing news for you.

The squad will have to be overhauled by the next manager. They need time.

There are lots of good options out there. We just need to literally start all over again.

New players
Clear lines of responsibility

West Ham are a good side at the moment. Watford was awful for sure.

I wouldn’t back us with certainty in any game but to say we aren’t capable to get anything from the next seven or eight is a bit dour.

He's already undone one thing we were good at last season so I'm looking forward to how unraveled it all is in 3 years time.

Benitez should not get time because he's fundamentally the wrong choice for what we require.

Spurs were decisive and are now trying to correct an error, which appointing Conte would clearly do.

We need to do the same as soon as possible.

We need a new owner for any of these things to happen. If Moshiri is not selling to a new owner, then forget any of them.

In hindsight Alladyce got 8th with a God awful squad and we got rid too soon.

The club could have saved over £250+ million by just giving him a 2-3 yr deal to rebuild the side regardless of how boring it was instead we caved in to fan pressure and chased the idealistic dream of a young progressive manager in Silva and then a top elite manager in Ancelotti and its gone completely tits up and we're skint with a bunch of ragtag players and angry fanbase.

But how? Because you've seen as soon as we try open up and play actual football we lose games, fans get nervy and before you know it we are in the bottom 3-6 spots and Moshiri pulls the trigger.

People need to wake up this squad is a mish mash bunch of misfits who can only look semi decent when the entire first 11 are fit which never happens or when we have 11 men behind the ball playing for 1-0 smash and grabs.

The manager is the first change that needs to be made.

The rest cant happen until we fix this dreadful atmosphere around the club.

Then everything else needs to change. Literally everything.
