Question about Everton and Liverpool fans...

I was just wondering, which parts of Liverpool are more of a hotbed for Everton, and which parts are stronger in support of that other team?

I've heard that it's not like Manchester where the territories are more obvious - Man City fans are generally from from South and East Manc, Man Utd fans generally are from the parts near and around Salford - but I feel there must be some kind of pattern in terms of geography?

(And yes, I know most Liverpool fans are from Norway)

really? how has this geographical stat been put together and from where. i thought theres no 1 area with a majority/favoured support- to me its roughly even all over and too tough to call

I've lived in both south Liverpool( toxteth/aigburth/Sefton park) and north liverpool Walton / kirkby I'd defo say north had bucket loads more blues.

These. Not to say there isn't a fair share of reds in the North, but it is full of Blues. The reds seem to live in Gateacre and Woolton. There seems to be a lot of reds in Formby, Crosby, granted tho that they are bad Sefton wools

I would of said other way round lid, the amount of blues who get off the train in Maghull is impressive

dead hard to say, agree with davek about the north being blue (thats were my lot are/were from) but i'm not so sure if it really is that easy. always got the impression kirby was a massive red place though?

I know I've lived most of my life away from Liverpool but over here in The Wirral I hardly ever see any RS (maybe they've crawled under a stone) and the vast majority of random people I engage in football talk are Blues - at least 5 to 1.
