Qualities the next Everton manager needs to possess

Not a good day for us supporting Everton.

A new boss feels inevitable now. What qualities / characteristics do YOU feel the next manager should have?

A quick five from me:

1. Has a passionate hatred from a long-held grudge against Gylfi and never has him near the squad.
2. HATES players with long hair and weird glasses and treats the same as Gylfi
3. Likes winning football matches and scoring blammos
4. Has a vocabulary that allows for intelligible, tolerable press conferences
5. Is not Phil Neville, Mark Hughes or Martin O'Neill

Tendency towards winning things would be nice, everything else is second imo.

I reckon to even tempt someone like him, he would have to be the best paid PL manager and have a £200 million transfer fund. Then we would only have a very slim chance of him even talking to us.

Has charisma and a genuine drive to win and be successful.

Hates losing and will call out, and risk a large fine, any inept officiating and VAR nonsense.

We haven't had that since Royle. Moyes showed glimpses at times, but had too many self doubts when the big crunch games arrived.

Is sufficiently progressive/ big time not to drive away players like richarlison, Bernard err et al.

Teaches the team 1-2 touch football in training sessions, thus counteracting our sluggishness.

Is willing to sacrifice our super stylish passing game for reality

Will not play Gylfi Sigurdsson or Michael Kean
