On the romantic notion that such things are important to the team and management, all involved need to look over to the right as they step out onto the Loftus Road pitch. The away section plus quite a few more seats around the ground will be filled with Blues desperate to see a performance that matches the fans dedication.

Should be no greater motivation than the idea that more than 2000 fans will once more make the treck to London to watch their Blues in a largely meaningless fixture, many having just got home from Kiev.

Do it lads, for the fans, and if that doesn't motivate you, do it for yourself, your own pride and professionalism.

3-1 Blues.

Assuming both are playing a double on Lukaku and Austin both scoring seems like a good bet.

It’s pleasingly therapeutic to be talking about someone who is even shitter than us but it does highlight the paucity of opprtunity in the Premier League as it’s not as if QPR haven’t spent serious money tmerely to exist in the top league under their owner, who understandably has had bigger concerns in his other business this winter where they are trailing Malaysia Air 2-1 in their tie for the “Asian Airline I Wouldn't Fly With Cup”.

As day follows night.

Thought that was one of your best - showing you can still turn up on a Sunday after your exertions on Thursday. Hope the team can do the same.

I posted this in another thread yesterday. Everton make me feel like this;

Imagine you're a rabbit caught in headlights. Now imagine you've positioned yourself square in the centre, so as to avoid being squished.

Now imagine it turns out to be a Reliant Robin with its central front wheel, creating rabbit pie.

Don't make me feel like that rabbit today, blues.

3-1 Everton. Coz I just can't see us keeping a clean sheet ever again with Tim Howard.

Our peers this season (Burnley, Villa, Hull, Leicester, Sunderland) all lost this weekend. Our only remaining near foe (QPR) we now meet, and will present massive difficulties for us. Luckily, we have Barcelona's next manager to guide us to an assured result.
