I note you are finally seeing the light mate...your road to Damascus moment has come. Let me tell you something else; with Martinez as manager, get used to seeing another season of dross.

As I said in the Kiev thread, I'll give him until Christmas before I judge him. If he isn't big enough to see the mistakes he has made, by changing things around a bit and making some top quality signings to redress the deficiencies in midfield and upfront, then I will call him out, but after what he achieved last season I'm prepared to give him a bit more time than some of you.

I want to see us fighting hard to the end of the season no reason we cant finish 11 th. Not the best performance today but all that matters is we got the win

Fair enough mate...let's chat again round Christmas

Get Moyes back to coach and manage the entire team, with Martinez, a mascot outfit and a megaphone giving some positive, attacking comments. Just don't let him do anything else. We'd win the league.

All I can say is - thank everything we were playing QPR. If we were playing any other team in the league, we would have got hammered today.

We were absolute gash. So, so relieved we stole the win and now we're effectively save, but bloody hell are we awful.

Another match day thread much shorter than those were we lost...

Away at a team battling for their lives after a trip to Kiev 4 days earlier it was never going to be pretty was it? Good win and I don't see a reason why we shouldn't be aiming to break into the top half.

Fair play @bluecheese I quite enjoyed your mini meltdown.

You can do what you like Stevie la . I like the cut of your jib though Stevie...a valued GOT member, a massive member really.;)

Not quite as massive as I was mate! Down to 85k, was 94k before my heart attack last June! Love your stuff really, keep it coming !! ;) Clever use of the word member...you see ..a little encouragement at you 're improving already !

Any win is a good win at this stage of the season especially after that Euro trip a few day's ago. I can't for the life of work out why in our last 2 games we have started defending in alone across the penalty spot. ok if your playing against sprinters but Austin and Zamora ?
I agree i've noticed we've seemed to have dropped deeper into our area as well, and we look vunerable in doing so.
