i find it interesting that players constantly say they want champions league football yet dont perform when it matters to MAKE champions league. Everton were in the drivers seat, could have been 4pts clear of everyone else and **** it up to the worst team in the EPL.
Fellaini out, Gibson still gone, early conceding from the scapegoat of the century Neville... No doubt we still lack a deep team but this type of negativity isn't needed on our teams forum.

Great minds and all (y)

Ahem...

Had draw written all over it. I even had that bit of paper in my pocket in The Walkabout before the game. Where were you all?

Just got home, thing with Pienaar was a minute maybe less before he went off he had fouled a lad and got a warning. The ref wasnt great all day but Pienaar was silly especially on a wet pitch going in like he did. We were poor all day, defence was usual but midfield and upfront the shape was poor, glimpses from Kev M but Neville and Osman couldnt tackle me never mind their opponents today.

Incidentally did anyone see me shake hands with Julio Cesar in the 2nd half? Just showing Evertonians are boss unlike dirty Leeds!

OK, he didn't get a second yellow for the one earlier but that doesn't make the Bosingwa thing any more a yellow!

Any idea what time in the second half? I recorded the whole game. I've seen me in the crowd (I stand out like a sore banana!) I'll have a look for your handshake.

Fingers crossed so much that at least one of Fellaini or Gibson are back for the derby. It will make the woefully incompetent Phil Neville seem less bad if he has a quality player alongside him and not Leon f*cking Osman. Please, Lord.

I thought Moyes got the tactics shockingly wrong yesterday.

Anichebe on the right totally messed with the balance of the team because he kept cutting inside and playing as a striker, leaving Coleman with nowhere to go in attack and exposed in defence.

Breaking up the Pieenar/Baines partnership for half the game was also dumbfounding.

Oh, and playing Neville in midfield but that one is so not going to change it's not even worth complaining about...

Completely agree, both Moyes and the players are more than happy to draw away from home.

Drawing away from home is becoming common place, and it is what will cost us at the end of the season.

that's really poor, bosingwa knew what he was doing. don't want to sound kopiteish but he did, i think he glanced behind just before it, but he clearly sticks his leg onto pienaar to make it look like a foul. The worst part of it is that this was right in front of the linesman, surely he could see from his angle that the ref's decision should be overuled. I watched this and the sland vs newc match and there were some very baffling decisions regarding corners. osman did one as well where his body language told he conceded the corner and yet the ref/lino gave a goal kick.

The FA serioulsy need to overturn it and have a look at their rules because they are scandelous. Moyes has to make a statement though, because if they let the ban go ahead then they are agreeing with bosingwa's actions that cheating and diving is acceptable. After all the fuss with suarez they really need take a stance not fine martinez and pulis (i guess it will happen) for talking the truth

Sorry, but this is a massively blue-tinted statement, and indeed, totally 'kopiteish'... :o

I hate this 'Kopiteish" crap. What, we're not allowed to dispute a poor decision any more because it makes us sound like Kopites?
We're just supposed to sit there watching all these sh*te decisions go against us and can't even have little moan?

Disagreeing with a poor decision is not "Kopiteish". Disagreeing with the correct decision... That is Kopiteish.

We're allowed to moan that it wasn't a sending off, because it f*cking wasn't.

It's not negative, perse, it's the truth. Look at the games fellaini goes missing against. Common thread? Smaller teams they should be twatting. Leeds, west brom(even if they are doing decent atm) this year. Winners find a way to win despite the performance. City won despite being a man down for near an hour.

The team plays to the level of their opponent FAR too often. They had a chance to go 4pts clear of 5th and build momentum going into the derby with a ****e Liverpool team, they played horrendous. Pretty much every single one bar jags.

I'm sure you are going to hear someone say "i want to play champions league football" when they leave the club, i say 'well you shouldn't have bottled the opportunity when it presented itself to you.'
