Love/Hate relationship with Villa.

Love - proper, old fashioned ‘big’ club with a traditional ground

Hate - never forgiven them for beating us in the 1977 League Cup Final

Neither have I. It broke my young blue heart.

....Villa Park one of the great grounds I had the privilege of playing at. Never scored there and I was sat in the stand when Tommy Booth scored that last minute winner in an FA Cup semi-final but still a favourite ground of mine from a playing and watching perspective.

Great club and their fans are always sound in my experience. Always seen them as the most similar club to us for some reason.
