The writing was on the wall from the first minute in this match. It was a bit of a worry when we conceded but Sam will be happy and I'm alright with this result as well. It wasn't too long ago we got absolutely battered by Southampton.

Well, it's only been two seasons ago we did that.
The point is great under the circumstances. However, I expect an Allardyce team when it reflects him more to get a result there. Mix the play up and get at them a lot more on the counter and from set pieces.
If we have a forward lined up immediately the window opens it could hand him the cards to get the win we all want.
