Obviously would like 60k+ but thats never happening under this board/club.

Considering this is Everton and we all know the disappointment they generally bring I would be delighted with a 55-59k stadium.

58K with the opportunity to expand to 65K+ if we ever get to where we want to be. Bigger than West Ham, the current Anfield and Etihad. Significantly bigger than Newcastle and Sunderland.

We have the 5th highest average attendance post War, and the 4th highest ever record attendance at our home ground and as a result should be looking to build a Stadium that is in the top 5 in the country.

Juventus has 42,000 so we have to match them and aim even higher...so....43,000

(55,000 is the correct answer...under 50 is too low over 60 over the top)
