Not much loan action. It seems most of the loanees are injured.

Another clean sheet for Harry Tyrer as Blackpool drew 0-0 at home to Stevenage. Only 6 out of 10 from the Gazette though. "A couple of nervy moments as he continues to struggle when it comes to collecting the ball"....

Billy Crellin conceded two as Accrington lost 2-0 at home to Salford. Francis Okoronkwo still out injured for Salford.

Eli Campbell presumably not recovered from injury either as he missed Ross County's home defeat to St Mirren.
Good to see Tyrer has got his place back after a poor spell for Blackpool. Shows a bit of spirit and determination to stick it out.

Paper confirmed Eli Campbell still injured , it sounds like the Staggies missed him in defence.

Harry Tyrer played full match in Blackpool’s 2-1 defeat at Wrexham. He was beaten by a wonder goal from Paul Mullin and sent the wrong way in the penalty for the 2nd so no blame on him. He was competent and composed, first time I’ve really seen him for a while , he’s certainly filled out and grown to a decent goalie size and shape. The odd battering he took won’t do him any harm either . Contracted until 2026 so potentially one more loan season .

Yes Mason Holgate had a shocker for WBA scoring an og to put his side 2-0 down away to Derby. He was taken off shortly after. Albion pulled a goal back but still lost 2-1.

Harry Tyrer played the full 90 for Blackpool who lost 2-1 to a controversial late penalty at Wrexham. 7 out of 10 from the Gazette for Tyrer who made a couple of good stops and was not at fault for the goals.

Billy Crellin's Accrington saw their match at Tranmere postponed due to fog.

All the other loanees still appear to be injured.

Only the 2 keepers still fit. Even Mason Holgate is injured.

Another clean sheet for Harry Tyrer as Blackpool drew 0-0 at Birmingham. 7 out of 10 from the Gazette although they reckon his passing needs work - a number of clearances going straight out of play.

Billy Crellin's Accrington list 2-1 at Carlisle.
Obviously i'm not watching the games so i've got no idea but these write ups from the Gazette always seem really harsh. He's kept 6 clean sheets in 14 games in his first season at that level and he never seems to get more than a a 7!

He can have a clean sheet but not have a busy day. Higher scores for keepers are usually when they save loads of shots or a penalty.

Like I said, i'm not watching the games so i'm not actually passing comment on the veracity of the content. He could be absolutely honking for all I know and 7 is kind, just saying there always seems to be a negative thrown in in the summary.

A 1-1 draw today for Harry Tyrer's Blackpool at home to Shrewsbury. 7 out of 10 again from the Gazette. He was "on hand to make a good save at the end of the first half. There wasn't much he could do about the eventual goal". Blackpool are 15th.

A rare win for Billy Crellin as Accrington defeated Grimsby 3-2 at home. Accrington are 22nd.

Deinze, the club Reece Welch was on loan at went bankrupt on the 11th of December. Presumably this means that Welch is back with us already.
