It says separate deal.

Interesting that Spurs get £12 for KWP, but he has done well for Southampton. Kenny seems to always have been rated higher than KWP and was as the start of the season. Still I would surprised if we got £12M for him today.

A problem with loaning players to a league that don't pay much for players. And a decent season in Bundesliga doesn't rally make him interesting for PL teams.
