Player Valuation: £60m
NSNO are reporting this on their site, Nothing on the OS yet. Hope it's true!!

The Daily Express are reporting that Steven Pienaar last night agreed a deal to keep him at Goodison Park on a three-year deal.

Pienaar has impressed in his loan spell from Borussia Dortmund and manger David Moyes will sign him on a three-year deal worth a reported £30,000 a week.

An influential midfielder whose touch and flair have been a welcome addition this season, Evertonians were beginning to get twitchy over whether or not he would be sticking around.

As always, wait for official word before running down the street chanting his name, but we would imagine a statement to be forthcoming any minute now.

Ye i dont get the three year thing, But we dont know it's true yet!!. Maybe this is what the hold up has been. Can't see why pienaar only wants a 3 year, unless he's already looking at moving to a so called "bigger club" in the champions league.

Hope this is wrong an he sign's for at least 4 years.

That would probably be it. Pienaar is good, but not that good that he should think he can get away with messing us about on a short deal. We've resurrected his career, after all.

Still no news on the OS, so maybe it's all bullshit anyway.

Overall I'm very happy but slightly concerned that we only got him on a 3 year deal. Moyes would have wanted more than that, so the player has clearly one eye on the exit door. Still, it's good to have him properly aboard.

That was a very long 48 hours.

Nonetheless, great news and another piece of the puzzle is in place.

Well done Kenwright and Moyes.

Um, he's not. He has agreed a deal. No signing will be done until the loan period is over.

Flair player and a good setup man. I'd like to see him be more assertive next term. Quality passer. I now have the opinion Manny may be moving on unless we can secure him for a decent wage. It seems it's all about checks and balances the Faddy deal funded this so we should be out nout.

Lets see if we have any money to spend this summer. It is evident to most that a quality replacement for Carsley and a breather for Cahill will now be the biggest targets. Unless Moyes really wants Neville to take over Cars slot then at least an attacking midfielder is a must. I worry about another run in Europe with a bare bones squad. I am getting to the mind a year off getting two quality players in each year could do the trick. But then again I like the mid week games then we may have to bring in some squad players. My biggest headache is how Vaughan and Anichebe haven't been healthy like they should.
