So who are you all suggesting would be willing to sit on the bench for 35 games a season? One of our younger players? Yeh, that will really benefit their development. He is perfect fit for our 4th choice for one more year as proven yesterday.

Properly weird how angry you are about yesterday's match winner.

Jagz and Bainesy living rent free.
Did you see his performance for the rest of the game? Putrid. But he uses a tap in goal to try and force the issue on a new contract...he's 37 in a few months FFS.

An absolute thief without the best interests of the club at heart. He KNOWS he's not good enough, but wants to use a poxy tap in goal to force a decision that hands him another £2M in wages, when the name of the game here now is to get wages down and into the hands of people who can progress the club.

What a *captain*.

You seem to think Jags make the decisions. If he was not up to it Marco and Marcel would not give him a new contract, it is that simple.
I love how you think you know better than them

Absolutely raging. Still.

Big lol at 'putrid'. Agenda driven nonsense.

The absolute state of this lol

Jags dry bummed you yesterday, good to see it’s still smarting.

This is why everyone needs to say no to drugs

If that is his last appearance in an Everton shirt, and it probably should be, a good way to go.

Winning goal and a decent performance (won a fair few headers) but I wouldn't want to test him twice. One of my favourite players in the Moyesy days, including 2 of my favourite moments (pen v United, Anfield equaliser).

Fair play

His performance was fine lol

He has the young Palace lad down as a shoe in for United and Jags off course sailed in to the back line.

Crooks is such a beaut.
Just looking at what he said about Wan Bissaka. "You can't go to St James' Park, win 1-0, keep a clean sheet and not have at least one of your defenders in my team of the week.". Well, that was the 7th clean sheet an away side has managed at St James Park this season, including Fulham and Brighton.lol.

And "This fabulous talent has not looked back since his Premier League debut at Fulham". He made his league debut last seasonlol

He's an absolute whopper.

You think he was right to use a tap in goal to canvass for a new contract...a 37 year old bit part player who's days of being anything more than barely adequate are long since behind him? I call his stunt appalling.

No wonder this club goes nowhere. The slushy sentimentalism of many who support it gives the divvies running the club a green light to never clear out the debris, so we go on and on with the same mediocre attitude from "senior" players infecting the ethos of the squad.

Just get those two out of the club FFS. They can offer nothing.
