We got beat 3-1. Standards have slipped. Manchester City are an excellent side with a great manager but when people are happy with a 3-1 defeat at home it shows you where we are. It’s not good enough for a great football club.

Saw him at at an after dinner event a few years ago.

That's a true Midfield General and shows that you only need two (him and Brace) to central midfielders on the same wavelength to dominate and especially on a pitch the size of Goodison Park.

Always liked Peter Reid but went off him a bit some years back when I saw a video of him, at some event or other, mocking Peter Beardsley, calling him Quasimodo, and making fun of how he speaks etc. Reidy had downed more than a few scoops, but still not nice to watch.
