They look like/are shooting stars mate. That may in fact be lightening.

Its weird if it is lightning though. Been going off like once or twice a minute for the last 2 hours, no thunder either.

Too cloudly here. Being sad feckers we have been known in previous years to drive up to Rivi and take a couple of garden chairs for comfort to watch the show
