Dele Alli is the most capable right now. Among the strikers currently linked for possible transfer, any one of them aside from Kalajdžić or Kalimuendo. Guirassy may be the best penalty shooter among potential signings.

We don't appear to have an obvious taker though, but it's not as if taking a decent penalty is hard; there must be plenty of players who fancy themselves to net from the spot, I've just got little faith in Gordon.
