Parking Ticket near ground

Anyone live/work/walk past the ground regularly?

I've just received a parking ticket from the 2nd Round Cup match (where I didn't even get to see the bloody first half thanks to the ticketing fiasco!).

Was parked on a single yellow along with lots of others on Tetlow Way behind Mcdonalds/Aldi:

Anyone know what the restrictions are on that street? There should be a sign up stating the hours that you're not allowed to park. I didn't see one and assume nobody else did as they were all parked along there.

There may have been a little yellow sign stating match day restrictions or similar. But if there's no sign then they can't charge me! I'm in Manchester so can't pop down to check up in person. Well I could but by that point I'll have spent half the fine in petrol!!

If anyone walks/drives that street and could take a look for me I'd be eternally grateful!

Un happy blue. Av been parking there for years and i got a ticket and am a blue badge holder

It would be worth checking if there are any signs. I just used google earth and couldn't see any......good luck

Appeal mate, don't pay it whatever you do

Single yellow after 6 is fine. appeal against it.
make sure its not a bus stop,

Also, check if there were any gaps in the yellow line....

Just check that pic, there is double yellows near the corners, apart from that no signs or nothin, single yellow is fine... was u on the curb??? thats a ticket!!

Ive seen a blue badge getting a ticket and i asked why, he said not allowed to be on the curb.

i wouldnt mind, walking about all day, sounds good to me, some people deserve a ticket!

Thanks folks. Thinking back was probably on the curb. It's a narrow road with single yellows on both sides so do remember pulling onto curb a little so as not to block the road up completely. Arse.
