I have mixed feelings on Diop. On one hand I've seen him singlehandedly take over matches and I've also saw quite a bit of matches in which I didn't know he was on the pitch.

Agreed. Too many times The Wardrobe is not to be found in games, and when he does it is because he has caused another free kick. He is definitely not the answer we are looking for.
