She plays a third sister. The two ugly sisters are Grimella (me) and Dumbella de Vil. Mrs TT plays the third sister, Cruella.

It was hot work, especially for me as I had five costume changes and I throw off a lot of heat as it is. What with stage light too!

20 years ago, when my kids where in primary school the mums used to do a pantomime.

Second year in I got volunteered by the misus to play the dame. Loads of dads came up to me on the night saying “well done but there is no way I would do it”

Last pantomime, 3 shows in the day, we did had more dads in than mums. Some of the absolute best days ever. Beers from 8 am

Topped by one year the chair and owner of our local football club buying everyone a lunchtime beer in the village pub dressed as the crocodile from Peter Pan.

Very happy days.

If you do have young kids, make the very most of it all. It goes so quickly.
