Why don't Panorama investigate why Liverpool didn't go into administration, with a Bank actually stepping in whilst Portsmouth went to the wall?

I was thinking this as well, be like when there is a story about someone doing something criminal and the Echo will go with something like "Everton fan Joe Blogs" even tho the story has nothing to do with Everton
