Our crossing is abysmal both at set pieces and in general play.
For the total % very few lead to goals or even remarkable chances.

It was bonkers, reaching Roberto Martinez levels of insanity of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.View attachment 344462
Why do we have our 4 biggest players litterally on their goal line ?
If we are looking to score surely they have to have a run at it not standing stationary near their keeper.
Put a small player in there to obstruct the keeper while our main threat can attack the ball.
Absolutely baffling time after time.
Getting to 80 minutes and still doing the exact same thing was absolutely infuriating.View attachment 344462

DM after match comments - I think we did ok ????….we lack innovation, imagination and movement. What we saw last night is us failing to exploit our aerial threat.
We also miss McNeil’s delivery from corner kicks.
Agree.Kept on trying the same useless thing
I’ve a feeling that if we scored from one you’re just giving the ref and VAR an easy out with all the jostling, it wouldn’t be hard to find a reason
Try it once or twice but change things when it's not working.View attachment 344462

It would have been overruled by VAR for pushing ....As bad as it was, I was convinced we would end up getting our head on the end of one and fluff a goal.
Moyes tactic for the night was this, oveload the keeper with grocs and hope it bounces in off a head.
